This contract needs to either be 1) completed and submitted with PayPal or mailed payment or 2) printed, completed, signed and mailed with payment by BUYER to BREEDER. A copy signed by BREEDER/SELLER will be provided to BUYER.

Methods of payment accepted for deposit are:
Certified Check, Paypal (add 3.5% fee), Cash via Western Union, Personal Check; If BUYER chooses to pay by personal check it must be sent before the PUPPY is 4 weeks old. We will not accept a deposit on a PUPPY that is 6 weeks old or older. A PUPPY over 6 weeks old must be paid for in full to hold it.
**BUYER HAS FOUR MAIL RUNNING DAYS AFTER SUBMITTING CONTRACT FOR DEPOSIT TO REACH BREEDER TO RESERVE A CERTAIN PUPPY AND POSITION.
Final Payment Methods:
If PUPPY is being shipped the final payment must be made by the time the PUPPY reaches 6 weeks of age. This final payment can be paid by Certified Check, PayPal (add 3.5% fee), or Cash via Western Union, no Personal Checks or Money Orders. This payment must include shipping charges.
If BUYER is picking BUYER’S PUPPY up at Arrowhead Acres it must be paid for in full by the age of 6 weeks, even if BUYER’S PUPPY will remain at Arrowhead Acres until a later date. At this time we will only accept a Certified Check, PayPal (add 3.5% fee), or Cash, no Personal Checks or Money Orders.
