WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEPOSITS ON ANY PUPPY THAT IS OVER 6 WEEKS OLD. A PUPPY 6 WEEKS OLD MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL TO HOLD IT.
PUPPIES BEING PICKED UP
AT ARROWHEAD ACRES
THAT A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID ON
If you are picking your PUPPY up at ARROWHEAD ACRES when he/she is 7 weeks old ,you will have to do 2 things when your PUPPY is 6 weeks old.(1) You will fill out a PUPPY PURCHASE LIMTED or UNLIMITED CONTRACT ONLINE and submit it by clicking the "I AGREE & CERTIFY" button at the bottom of each contract. (2) Make out a check to ARROWHEAD ACRES for the remaining balance due (unless the BREEDER instructs you to make it out to another party, due to co-ownership,family etc.)Mail the check to the address listed at the top of the contract.
When a pick-up date is confirmed and your check has cleared the bank the BREEDER will fill out the portion of the contract that is required to be filled out by the BREEDER and resubmit via email to you.You will receive this contract before you pick up your PUPPY or within 48 hours after pick-up.If you need for the PUPPY to stay with the BREEDER over the 7 week mark the BREEDER will make arangements for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks there will be a $10.00 per week fee for boarding.

If you are purchasing a PUPPY after it is 6 weeks old the contract must be completed and submitted ONLINE with a mailed payment in full. If the mailed payment is a personal check it must be received 2 weeks before pick up can take place. If pick-up will occur less than 2 weeks after the payment in full is received ,the payment must be in the form of a cashiers check.
If you are picking up a PUPPY at ARROWHEAD ACRES and paying for your PUPPY the same day payment must be cash or cashiers chek. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED with this cituation.
SHIPPED PUPPIES
The contract must be completed and submitted ONLINE. Make out a check to ARROWHEAD ACRES for the balance due including shipping charges(unless the BREEDER instructs you to make it out to another party, due to co-ownership,family etc.)Mail the check to the address listed at the top of the contract.If the payment in full is a personal check it MUST be received and processed before shipping can take place.If payment in full is cashiers check shiping can take place soon after payment is received..BREEDER will fill out remaining information on the contract and provide a signed copy to the BUYER via email either before the PUPPY is shipped or 48 hours after deivery..
